(1492) Civil service tests can be fun. Here's the old federal 300_C clerical test. Wasn't just for clerks, it covered a lot of gofer jobs. It's gone now, all the test results weren't deleted, they were actually shredded back in '99 when they changed the hiring practices at the OPMs.

Some of these tests can be really interesting if you like those kind of things. This one was entertaining.

(1490) Happy Thanksgiving for those who celebrate the holidays! A plaque with some sort of doggerel; it's on unstained wood with knots.

One thing I remember before everyone left for Hanau is ADM math: There was no jocularity when the math behind the science was being taught, the joking manner in which other Army courses usually included was supposed to be absent in ADM math. That's the way I remember hearing it, anyway, and it's probably good advice.

But learning through nature, they always say answers to many questions lie around you. Knots are good, I guess.

However history chronicles things, the Hanau move might be viewed differently through the generations, but it's certainly a done deal now. One knotty problem, alright.

Hello everyone and I want to thank you all for your service to your country. It can't be said too much. A shout out to members of the 4th/6th plt that I recall: James Whalen, David Holt, Wendell Forsythe, Roger Rodriguez, Chris Collins, Warren Wheeler, Gary Barnett, and others I can't recall right now. Where are you guys now? I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great Thanksgiving and Christmas.
